• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

• Provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability.
• Fulfill orders in a timely manner as specified.
• Maintain appropriate business licenses and permits.
• Comply with food safety and other applicable regulations.
• Handle customer service for your products.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery information and contact details.
• Make payments as agreed upon order placement.
• Communicate directly with vendors for order modifications.
• Report any issues with orders promptly.

6. Orders and Payments

• Orders are contracts between customers and vendors.
• Payment is processed securely through our payment partners.
• Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual vendors.
• Eazi Gifting may charge platform fees as disclosed.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the platform for illegal activities or fraud.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Attempt to circumvent platform security measures.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Violate intellectual property rights.

8. Intellectual Property

Eazi Gifting and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. Vendors retain rights to their product images and descriptions.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

• Eazi Gifting provides the platform “as is” without warranties.
• We are not liable for vendor performance or product quality.
• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• We do not guarantee platform availability or error-free operation.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be addressed directly between customers and vendors. For unresolved issues, users may contact our support team at hello@eazigifting.com. Disputes are subject to Nigerian law and jurisdiction.

11. Privacy

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Users may close their accounts at any time. Termination does not affect existing order obligations.
